This antique French portico-form clock has been expertly restored and the clock mechanism has been revised. So, the clock is fully functional and in very good condition with minor traces of age and use.
It features an elegant wooden casing designed according to a classical temple which is decorated with bright floral inlays and a white painted skirting board.
The four columns, of which the fine brass capitals are gilded, support the entablature around the preciously gilded brass lunette with its contrasting simple dial showing black Roman numerals. The hands are manufactured in the typical Breguet-form.
This clock has an hour and half-hour strike on bell which is silver-plated and guarantees thereby a pleasant clear sound.
The clock comes with its splendid decorated antique pendulum and an old key.
